Setting up your Christmas tree is so simple.  Most of our trees have hook-on branches, with colour coding on the central pole and branches for easy installation.  We also give an instruction sheet  with simple tips on fluffing the branches - so your tree looks as good at home as it does in the store.(See our video to see just how easy it is).

  4. All our Christmas trees come with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty.  If you have any trouble with the tree (eg. a branch breaking) we will have it replaced at no charge.

It is the quality and number of tips (leaves on the branches) that makes these trees so good.  While all artificial Christmas trees are make of the same materials, the tips of our Christmas trees are constructed of durable 2 ply PVC and joined together with 2 strands of 19 gauge wire, 1.1mm thick.  What this means to you is that your favourite decorations will remain well secured on the tree and the branch will not droop the way inferior trees do.  The top of the tree is made extra strong by using 17 gauge wire, 1.5mm thick.  This helps keep your tree topper in place.
